Deceptive billing and renewal practices. I was renewed and rebilled against my specific instructions and I'm finding it difficult to reverse the changes. I recommend doing a search on this company (as well as some of it's competitors) on the Better Business Bureau site before spending money on Bitdefender. I wish I had done this.

Great antivirus but it needs to be used in conjunction with a scanner. I recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Together you can have them for free and one is for protecting against active threats (Bitdefender), the other for recovering/deleting/maintaining a clean machine (Malwarebytes) both great for home and work. Malwarebytes has the ability to repair malware damage.

Bitdefender's Trafficlight is giving too many false-positive warnings. There are no safeguards in place for site owners to report these errors. As a result, safe sites are being wrongly accused of spreading malicious code or conducting phishing attacks without the ability to defend their reputation.
