A good predicter of rainfall is your salt shaker. If it's starting to clog up then rain is around the corner. If it's flowing freely then dry weather is forecast. This website is safe and it's pretty much the official one for Aussies. Download the phone app and take it with you anywhere.

This website has proven to be very useful in determining the weather for the week. They also give all sorts of weather warnings on the site.
They are getting more and more accurate, and will continue to do so because they will soon have a $30 000 000 supercomputer crunching all the numbers! It will be one of the top 30 fastest computers in the world. .

Great site, easy to navigate & to find what you're looking for. Satellite images updated every hour and the animation of the last 4 show what's heading your way. Same with the radar images but they're updated every 10 minutes and you can time the moment to bring the washing in to perfection :) Nobody does it better! Well done BOM Australia.
