bongous.comは安全ですか？

I wish I had looked here before making the purchase, They have charged my account $240.00, indeed they are overcharging, but to make it worse, they are not going to ship anything, they sent a e-mail, saying they charged my account again, some sort of "verification" fee, only $1.31, but I was supposed to follow links,and verify this, after I verified it, the thing says, "invalid verification", and no way to contact them, I think I have been screwed. When I submitted them here, I am now more sure, I have been ripped off, based on the other submissions. What can I do to get my money back ? ---------------------updated------------------ It was some what difficult, but after contacting the site owner where I made the purchase, he was able to get results from bongous.com, and now will be shipping the item himself. I still do not recommend using this bongous.com to handle the shipping and purchase, they are impossible to communicate with,and have a very poor system of communication. - I still advise people not to make any purchases , when a site uses them. ----------------------updated----------- Still nothing from them, they have not shipped anything, it turns out where I placed the order does not have the item in stock, or at least that is what they said, it is a scam, and should be illegal ,to charge ,and collect money for something that they do not even have , That is a scam, when someone has a website,claiming to have things to sell, then when you pay for it, it turns out they do not even have the item to sell. AVOID USING any SITE associated with bongous.com ----final update-------- They did finally ship, but it was a lot of trouble, I do not recommend using them .

I am not talking through personal experience, but before using any online service I search it for reviews. Apparently, there is an uncountable amount of bad reviews for this service. They will overcharge you for the service and will not respond to customer service requests. I am surprised they have such a good review on WOT, but I thought I'd post my findings here. Just google "Bongo forwarding service review" and you will see what I mean.

I asked them to deliver my item via Fedex, instead they used USPS which overcharges and needs several American photo ID's. I don't live in America and don't have access to their ID cards. I'm in New Zealand... a different system which has Fedex. They were very unhelpful. Lost $100+ worth of gear due to them ignoring my request for Fedex. Never again.
