After receiving a full refund the company delivered the item a month later, which I no longer wanted as I had cancelled the order, but they have been hounding me for payment ever since! They have disregarded several parts of the consumer protection law but just do not seem to care. They never phone back when they promise they are going to and are threatening to take me to court. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing these problems.

My initial inclination was to give this site a good rating for providing fair quality products at a reasonable price. However, I, like another reviewer found the web bugs and have lowered my rating accordingly. It is disappointing when retailers are not satisfied with making a sale to you and believe they have the right to track your actions on the Internet without notice nor permission.
