Ordered three items, never received a parcel. When trying to contact the support after a month, I've not no answer. After two months, I'm relying on PayPal to get back my money, as I still have not received an e-mail or my order. Please save yourself some headache..

I bought a shirt as a present for my daughter for Christmas. it cost 38 euros. The postage to Switzerland came to 15 euros (sent with DPD) ... They failed to put "Geschenk" (present) on the package, which they should know anyway. Instead of receiving the shirt, I received a bill for 25,50 Swiss francs (about 23 euros... for a 38-euro shirt). I refused the package at that price. I asked them to resend it to France (the duty is ridiculous, because you can import for 300-francs into Switzerland without paying duty). So. A forked out about 40 euros for a shirt I don't have. I wrote them to complain, they essentially sent me a link to a website about Swiss import duties (which I know), they were dismissive and unhelpful. I wrote back, never got an answer. I should have known. Other customers have had similar experiences. They are unprofessional, bordering on scamming.
