This is a safe website to visit. I personally use the website to scan urls of other websites, mostly when doing lookups for my WOT ratings. I have found the website to not only be safe, but very useful as well. If you are looking for a decent sized database to scan your urls against to check for malware and reputation, look no further. There is also a browser toolbar extension that can be added from this website - as of yet I have been unable to test it for effectiveness or check it's code.

I was looking for a quality URL scanner and this is it! So many of the quality Anti-Virus programs do a great job of scanning files. However, this allows users to scan the website URL's before they go to them in the first place. It provides additional help in assessing WOT ratings with an extra layer of security protection.
