bt.comは安全ですか？

BT offers solid broadband and telecom services, but the pricing can be high compared to some competitors. However, it is worth paying for the quality of their services. Also, its customer support is outstanding. Expect immediate response whenever you contact them, and what I like the most is that they are solution-oriented. So yeah, I definitely recommend BT if you want to be at peace :)

Bt is one giant scam. They lie, and their product, is put it this way, does not do exactly as it says on the tin. Their accounting is the spiviest I have come across in my life. They resort to thuggish practices and threats if you dare question their demand for your money. They are truly shameless.

One of the worst consumer companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. BT unfortunately appears to exist and survive on the heritage of a monopoly in UK telephone infrastructure and long-term contracts with large and small businesses. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen with extremely long delays (>30 mins for a response, >4 hours before you reach a 'reasonable' operator able to deal with your query). They overcharge on almost all 'new installations' by calling engineers out in most cases where lines are physically unchanged and functional and all it would take is a remote electronic activation of the line - each of these visits is charged at £125. If a line sits unused for 6 weeks, they request this charge. If the line has gone to another provider (even if there was no local loop unbundling thus no physical change to lines or sockets), they charge this.
