buybitcoin.comは安全ですか？

I used buybitcoin.com to purchase with anonymous cash deposit on the 26th of March. I paid extra for the 12 hour guarantee. I have called 20+ times, left messages, left multiple emails. NO RESPONSE from them. I was scammed! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I lost $900.

Placed my order on ***** and Deposited the funds on ***** Still have not received my coins. He also never answers emails, responds to all my text inquiries with please email us and when I got him on live chat he stated he had plenty of bit coins on hand. As soon as I asked about my order on chat he went offline. I will be filing a police report and pursuing legal action. In the meantime do not order from this site, I wish I had seen this before ordering.

I paid for 12 guarantee as well, paid $273.15 and got nothing. I left several emails texts and messages and tried their web page chat, every time I ask for the status they go offline. Have received an email with the words "how can we help you" but no response after that. After checking the web and google have found that Bruce Wagner is not a trustworthy person and is known for this sort of scam. I learned my lesson avoid this site at all costs.

It's been over 2 weeks since I sent in $281.29 by overnight fedex to the adress provided by Mr. Wagner at BuyBitcoin.com. Have not recieved any of my bitcoins yet. Even though I paid an EXTRA $39.99 for a 12 hr GARAUNTEED conformation. I have tried emailing and calling them, with no one ever answering. I feel like I've been completely scammed, and would NEVER try to buy a single Bitcoin from them EVER AGAIN!

I am very pleased with buybitcoin.com. This is my second experience with using their services and i couldn't be happier! They are easy to get in touch with, along with the fact that they go above and beyond when it comes to communication and making sure the customer is happy! without a doubt, I will continue to use there services, because of the above reasons, but also the fact that they make the whole process very simple!
