The site owner does not admit to the problem, which implies that the security hole that caused the infection may not have been addressed.
Phish sites may later be cleaned up and made safe again, but owners need to improve their security to prevent reinfection.

This website is clean enough. It is a legit business, and doesn't have any viruses or phishing detected on it.
As for the SpamCop listing. . .Well read the part that says "low reliability". . . . . .

The negative rating are unsubstantiated. There are no phishing issues there are no child safety issues. The information appears to be accurate apart from a few minor translation errors. I think if this is not corrected by WOT I will be removing WOT as it cannot be trusted.

This site seems to be ok. Some one mentioned it's a phishing site while result from ***** shows it's a closed case. Check on http://lookup.uribl.com/?section=lookup; also shows it's not on the blacklist.

I don't know why people give the website so low ratings. it seems unfair. I just bought a card from it, it's safe and fast. The customer service is good too and helps me solve the problem .Honestly, it is a good site.
