These guys are Great! Their tools are cutting edge, and they look out for their customers. I have always been answered very promptly with a solution to my questions or concerns. They have a TRUE one stop shop type of service for a Marketer, websites, Facebook, Mobile Sites, Social Marketing....All under one roof. Who else can say that? bz9.com was spammed in December, 2011 When you tell the registrar ENOM about their problem, you get the same old irresponsible buck-passing duck-shoving fob-off - "we are only the registrar - complain to the hosting ISP" - as if that exonerated them from ethical responsibility. You can see countless examples like this at the ENOM spammed domains blacklist published constantly at ***** - when you compare ENOM with other registrars they show the worst record for support of high volume spamming. Typically about half of the domains registered at Demand Media's ENOM is detected in unlawful spam (recently 46% - 1140 of 2478). ENOM is sponsoring this illegal spamming operation, and accepts payments for the unlawful domain name registrations. Where Go Daddy has shown corporate responsibility, ENOM shows corporate irresponsibility. And gutless ICANN accredits them, while pocketing the accreditation fees. Some would accuse ENOM of providing a safe harbor for crime. Others would wonder if there is any vestigial trace of business ethics at ICANN.

The domain bz9.com, registered through ENOM, INC. is listed on at least two SPAM blacklists as of today. This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. This leads us to recommend caution on this server as it is possible that if it is compromised for SPAM, other data could be compromised.

I have used ***** for several months and have found them reliable and responsive to requests for information and assistance. Functionality of web tools and training information are excellent. Do not understand the origin of the bad review or why the comment votes have been disabled for this site. I think users deserve to know what's going on. As a business owner, I know how devastating bad reviews can be to online reputation. In this case, I cannot understand how it could possibly be warranted.

BZ9 is a wonderful marketing tool. I haven't used it as much as I should but I'm always impressed with the features as well as the customer service. BZ9 Doesn't support spam and these fabricated complaints are frustrating to the good customers like myself.

All of the "poor rating" comments regarding ***** are from confused commenters. The problems you think you are encountering have absolutely nothing to do with ***** itself. Just like if you get spam with a ***** ***** has nothing to do with Bit.ly. Or ***** or even Twitter. It's just a link shortening service like hundreds of others out there...including Facebook. If you have a problem with the page you land on, then report the actual source domain...NOT THE SHORTENING SERVICE that the spammer is using. Maybe the commenters here just don't understand who is really manipulating them, but I can assure you it is not the link shortening service at BZ9. It's just not possible. Do some logical research before you blacklist a simple service.

I cannot believe WOT would rate BZ9 as an untrusted or scam site. My respect for WOT has been dropped to zero with this type of rating. Until this is corrected I will aggressively notify my contacts that WOT is in the pocket of some large organization that deliberately discounts any type of competition.

I have been a member of BZ9 for quite some time and they are one of the most honest and reputable services I have ever dealt with, They have helped me grow my business significantly. I really question the validity of your rating. I suspect a competitor is just trying to ruin BZ9's good reputation. I suggest you validate this for yourself.
