Spam email, transmitted via IP *****, fraudulently claims to be a (USA) Better Business Bureau 'dispute' notification. IP 176.108.33.202 may be blacklisted. The email contains a deceptive URL that links to a scam webpage at

The webpage attempts to redirect to a different site that contains a Blackhole exploit kit.
