Doesn't let you download any file then tells you have reached the download limit.
Of course, I'm the only one using this IP and I tried proxys and different browsers.

It wants me to install programs I do not want via pop-ups. And, when I tried hitting the Download File button, it doesn't work. I tried reloading the site, and it tells me that I have to wait to download. I waited and tried the same thing, still can't download the file. A HUGE waste of time!!
