I bought some eye drops that were supposed to be 10ml, and they came to me in 5ml. I bought them online during the night, and first thing in the morning, I called the customer service, and they told me that the package had already left (how fast). After 1 week, the package arrives. I call customer service again, and they send me the instructions and return form. This is when I saw that to return them, the return costs are at the buyer's expense, and you have to send it to France!!!! Much .es but they are not in Spain. 18 euros minimum shipping. But I have it clear, I am going to return them, and of course, I will put all the necessary opinions so that people know how they work.
