cometchat.comは安全ですか？

I have the same problem with their support, beside the fact they are very slow they don't seem to even bother thinking . I'm a software developer myself and if i would offer this kind of support to my customers and make them belief i have no idea how my software works it's totally unacceptable . I'm using cometchat integrated with socialengine as they provide that but it breaks some of the script functions, i just keep going around in circles with them it's like they don't want to help or even worse have no idea .

They cancelling user's license for un-reasonable reasons and they have poor customer support. When I asked a question at their support forum, after 4 DAYS I got reply saying open a support ticket. After I opened a support ticket, it took 2 DAYS to get response saying that you are distributing Cometchat illegally and cancelled the license (But we aren't). They even didn't given any chance to reply to them. Very fraud site and don't waste your money to buy this crap. They will cancel your license when they want for any FAKE reason.
