This is the forums of Symantec (Norton) security products. It is a helpful place to speak to the support staff as well as other users. Useful and safe.

Symantec forum, meant to extend customer support. In Beta. Like mcullet said, it is well moderated. When someone accidentally posts to much info from a scan log (like IP, email address, etc), they delete it right away and post why. I wish they would make a Mac forum, though.

Well moderated. Deals effectively with almost all user concerns about Symantec products. Can 'speak' directly to support staff.
Occasional inappropriate behaviour but no overt swearing / abuse etc.
