I think this is not a bot but an actual person who thinks that joining forums just to get his site noticed by search engines in his signature is white hat. He is on one of my forums right now where he actually partakes in posts and not just the "copy paste" type of posts some spammers do.
should I ban him? His site checks out okay but I did do a check on him and did notice he had been banned by at least 3 forums that I did find his name still on.
