I'm the owner of this site and company. My father-in-law says he gets a WOT popup every time he visits our site that says we have a poor reputation. I've read WOTs reputation building tips and am responding: - We have good customer service. Our email addresses, physical address and phone number is listed on the site. Our email support generally responds within a day. - We have a professional site design. - We don't have broken links, obvious grammatical mistakes, or significant downtime. - We display our privacy policy and terms of service. - 99% of our activity is driven by conference attendees talking to other attendees of the same conference.
