The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and not receptive to consumer input or complaints. Rather than help field a technical question he chose to justify his cursing and poor attitude demonstrated over the phone due to him working on his daughter's birthday and that he is going to force customers to speak with his attorney rather than him dealing with customers who are unhappy with his product. When a product purchased did become defective several days later, he refused to accept his own return policy. A technician working for him stated that he had to hang up the phone due to the owner not happy with him working over-time to complete installation questions and help. My phone call to technical support was closed several times due to the owner forcing the technician to hang up once closing hours came to be. BUYER BEWARE!!! You can simply buy the same product from other sources... Stay far far away from CD!!!
