I'm surprised this website has been rated as untrustworthy. I'm a Computer Vision research scientist at the University of Surrey, and as far as I know this is a valid foundation. They sponsor extremely well regarded scientific conferences affiliated with IEEE, including CVPR which is listed as the 8th most significant engineering/computer science pulication source by google scholar ***** The openaccess area of the site provides free and open access to scientific articles published at these conferences. All of these publications undergo peer review by 3 independent parties and are then ratified by an Area Chair. So I can't imagine the untrustworthy rating refers to the publications stored there. In addition the reviewing and acceptance procedure is operated by the conference's organising commitee and is unrelated to the computer vision foundation.
