dell.comは安全ですか？

First things first. Dell products are overpriced pieces of crap. You get much cheaper and better performing computers and laptops from many other companies, such as Asus, HP, Toshiba, Samsung, just to name a few. Plus (and I can PROVE this), a lot of hardware for computer upgrades must be Dell brand to work in the computer. A perfect example, I tried to put a 1GB stick of SD DDR2 RAM into my both my Asus Eee box, and my HP laptop. The Dell RAM wasn't compatible with either, because it was made to be inserted backwards (in other words, the notch in the bottom of the RAM was on the opposite side of where all other manufacturers place it.) I will concede that Dell has one of the best tech supports in the world, but I firmly believe (due to past experience), that this is only because their products have such a high rate of multifunction. I STRONGLY recommend for people who are looking for computers (PC or Laptop) to stay as far away from this brand as possible.

I have four computers from Dell, one desktop and three laptops, and each of them were bought online from here. Their customer support is excellent, since upon asking about a broken keyboard, they offered an immediate delivery the next day to their warehouse in Toronto in order to have it repaired under warranty, and back in four days. Excellent company.
