I keep getting emails from this company, but I've never used them before! I don't know how they got my email, or why, for that matter.

As a business tried to cancel account, they would not do so. Threatened to add negative customer comments to my site. They continue to send e-mails to my customers that contain inaccurate information. They refuse to stop sending these e-mails to my customers.

I'm shocked to see this has a red trust warning. I was looking the site up to contact them. Demand Force is an outstanding service and not spam or a scam at all. I've had several business dealings with them on behalf of my web design clients, all with positive results.

Unfair to trash this site simply because some spammers may have taken advantage of it. It's also used by my auto neighborhood mechanic to schedule appointments online. Provides good service.

It is true that dentists use this (mine as well) but it is also abused by spammers.

They aren't spammers. They partner with dental offices to send out appointment reminders and patient surveys after your visit. If you are receiving unwanted e-mail from them, it's because you gave your address to your dentist. Plus, they have easy 'unsubscribe' links in all their e-mails.
