Don't use this poor express, you must have a problem. I can't take my package, dhl don't want to send to me, and says that i must go to other city and take it myself. so don't use this poor shit.

When ordering goods online, one of the sellers shipped internationally with DHL. DHL changed the agreed delivery dates and times multiple times for that particular product without telling me at all or only on short notice. I finally got the item one week later after much hassle and many phone calls.
Another week later I get an additional 35$ bill from DHL for customs. The customs fee was 0.00$. The 35$ was entirely for DHL.
This is by far the lousiest experience I've ever had with any postal service in Europe.

This is an excellent service. See the ratings!! You should know that I also receive these DHL malicious e-mails but they are not fom DHL. If you are going to make comments about websites, know that there are massive spam ops using trusted names. But they are false! Happy Christmas wherever you are.
