Scammed - purchased an item, which never showed up. Initially this company maintained contact, after several emails they requested I wait an additional 5 days. Conveniently, this took me past the 45 days you are allowed to submit a Paypal dispute. I had already waited over 3 weeks for delivery, and seeing as the item was coming from China to the United Kingdom I thought it would be worthwhile waiting, and mistakenly took there word for it. Since having waited for the additional 5 days in the final e-mail I have not received a response, nor my money returned from this trader. I tried e-mailing from my personal address, e-mail via there website applet and submitting a request through Paypal for the funds paid. Still to this day, two months later I haven't received a response. I can't recommend being very cautious with this trader highly enough, or if possible purchase your items elsewhere.
