Dish is SH**! THEY ARE SH**! They called me and marketed me an ad "Would you like to see how much you pay for TV?" "ME: NO!" Stay with Directv.

The site has no problems. Dish Network could not be trusted though.They do not keep their contract agreement even if customers do. They raise price as much as they want and keeps you in a 2 year contract. This makes you liable for those increased payments without any difference in service. If u cancel the agreement they make you pay hundred of dollars. The DISH corporation can break agreements as much as they want but not the customers.. Its outrageous!!

I wasn't even a customer and received bad customer service from someone trying to sell me something I wanted. I just thank my luck stars I am not a customer and bound by a 2 year contract whit these "people". I would rather not have tv than to have Dish Network.

Poor customer services, they charge high rates for repair and maintenance that most other cable tv services give to you for free. They do promotions to get you to sign up and then raise the costs for the exact same services. You have to constantly aid more to keep your signal clear and repair the equipment that always has problems.

Even though the web page is very use full. There customer service can be something to get some work done on. They are out to make money and don't care about there customers. Like if you have a protection agreement they should come out with out charging more. Wrong they do for a small fee.

We received out dish and mounted it outside, while trying to receive channels we kept getting error. We called up and the lady was rude and said" you will have to order a replacement from our service department and it isn't cheap." I then said" It is defective why don't you just send me another one.. " sorry lady we don't do that." When I found out it was over ***** for this tiny piece, I hung up and for the past 5 years have been watching only a third of what I pay for.. I refuse to pay for a defective part in which they should have replace for free! The cable here is $$$ and terrible reception.
