dnafamilycheck.comは安全ですか？

I ordered a test from them on ***** They sent it to me right away. I performed the test which were simple and adequately explained. Sent them off regular usps mail and waited. The site says it takes up to 2 weeks to receive the test regular mail. Why would this be so if their located out of Austin TX?? Anyways, the site states that they start testing immediately upon being received. The site reports they received my tests 4/23/14(this of course after me sending them NUMEROUS emails as to why they haven't updated my account). They site also states it takes up to 5 business days for results. I'm now on the 7th business ***** results. I have emailed them about ***** answer. I have called the customer support line......get no where. Please do not order ANYTHING from dnafamilycheck.com. it is a rip off and a hassle
