The only problem with this website is that if you are a doctor with bad reviews, you won't like it. I can only assume that negative votes are from healthcare providers with bad scores, since there's no other justification for bad scores across the board, including child safety. Some people just don't want you to go there. Their privacy policy is very strong, which is necessary to assure patients that they can write reviews without being sued. (If a doctor tried, the website would post public documents to that effect showing why reviews are not shown and why you might get sued if you complained about that doctor.) I can't comment about blog spamming except that a Google search shows hundreds upon hundreds of legitimate hits with no blog spam, so I encourage you to do a similar search yourself.
