I had to file a BBB complaint to get them to transfer my domain name.

I had ***** for a while for Webhosting, and then I found something much better, cheaper for domain renewal, etc. I transferred the domains I had, but then they still had my cc on file, and started charging me hundreds of dollars for hosting, even though the domain names had transferred to another host. Calling them did no good, and they made off with over $800 on my credit card that I had to go to the cc company to try to get removed. This left me a mess for a very long time.
