An excellent option for travelers with a wide choice of cars. Everything works very simple. What's great, it works across the country and you don't have to worry how to move the car. There was some hiccup with the online payment but other than that, it worked great.

This company has a zero trust in my eyes. They provide you with no information about their company address, neither do they have a phone number. They simply transfer your information about car rental to another company, and that company will add on their own costs for the rental on top of what you already paid. A business like this can only go on in Spain. Everywhere else, the police would pay them a visit.

I decided to prepay DyS for 1 weeks car hire in Madeira and it cost me 186Euro - which was fine. However, when I went to the Goldcar desk at Funchal airport they told me I must pay another 200Euro for petrol and comprehensive insurance. I had prepayed the 186 and I didn't want to pay another 200, but Goldgar insisted it was necessary. I wished I had not prepayed DyS. Unbelievably, Goldcar also took money from my credit card after I left Madeira, but it has been refunded to me by the card provider. These are not reputable people and I would warn anyone about dealing with them.

Aufgepasst! Das "All inclusive" steht nur auf der Website. Habe einen Mietwagen für einen Familienurlaub in Mallorca gebraucht. Der Mietwagen wurde über eine andere Mietwagenfirma (in meinem Fall "Record-go Rent a Car") vermittelt. Bei der Fahrzeugübernahme wurde ich zu einer zusätzlichen Versicherung "überredet" - Kostenpunkt 38,49 EUR. Tankregelung voll/voll schlug nochmals mit 87,19 EUR (fand ich unangemessen) zu Buche. DoYouSpain hat auf ein E-Mail von mir wegen der zusätzlichen Versicherung nicht geantwortet. Aus dem Internet-Angebot von 202,-- EUR sind auf diese Weise 327,66 EUR geworden. Und die größte Frechtheit: DoYouSpain wirbt mit NEUwagen - bei der Übernahme wollte Record-go-Rent a Car mir einen Ford Focus mit ***** km andrehen - vorne und hinten vom Lack ziehmlich beschädigt. Erst auf Intervention erhielt ich einen anderen (neueren) Mietwagen. Von meiner Seite aus war es das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich über DoYouSpain gebucht habe. Und Record-go-Rent a Car ist auch nicht viel besser. Also Finger weg oder aufgepasst und im Vorfeld abklären.
