Dreams? More like Nightmares! Potential customers need to be aware that Dreams does not manufacture nor stock any of the furniture ranges they sell. They are made and delivered by a third party supplier. Dreams is only a shopfront for these companies. Furniture sold, very expensively, as 'assembled' will come flat packed, if it comes at all. Having been quoted as 'your furniture will definitely arrive within three weeks', I had to hold on a phone for 30 minutes after they still had not delivered after four weeks. When someone finally answered, I was greeted rudely by the customer services and told that I was more or less an idiot and that deliveries usually take around eight weeks! After lots of back and forth misery, Dreams finally promised to return my money. They will attempt to add a 20% of your order cancellation fee. Don't let them. You need only bring up consumer rights laws and they back down immediately. I am still awaiting my money to be returned after a full week. Please, whatever you do, do not shop with Dreams. It will become and unending nightmare.
