dubram.comは安全ですか？

Ordered three items from ***** Feb 24/21 and received email confirming my order and tracking will be sent to me within 3 days. No tracking no received so wrote Dubram Mar 4/21 and received a reply same day saying I "rest assured, it has now been processed by our shipping company. In the next few days your tracking code will be emailed to you." Again no tracking code received within next few days as promised so wrote again and received a reply that they noted that tracking code wasn't uploaded and contacted the supplier. Again no tracking code so wrote again and this time they said there were postal delays because of Covid. Well over 2 weeks later still no tracking code so wrote again and finally received reply March 11/21 that there are issues at the factory and will get to my order as soon as they can. So in essence they lied about it being shipped and still can not get an update as to when same will even be processed. Requested a refund and will never deal with them again
