I have no connection to this company, but had met one of the executives at a recent business function. After researching, I have clearly concluded: This company actually helps cities emerge out of the dark ages technology-wise, with almost no cost to the cities. It links businesses with their neighborhoods (customers), and much more. Not sure why it was rated unsafe, but this particular site had just one alleged 3rd party incident, which was addressed by the company.

First I should say that I am an employee of the E2G2 company. The person who says they experienced spam probably saw it in our Support articles. The support articles are also an open forum where users can post. We had some recent issues with spam being posted there. This has since been cleaned up.
