This site directly links from Zifa.com, which explains the Zachman enterprise security architecture in detail. This architecture is extremely important to security professionals. Doing a general search does not reveal any complaints about this site and the site itself seems safe. I have seen this before with the cable pulling industry (net techs know what I mean). Even though the site was official for certification and came from a reputable source, people were poorly rating it and complaining that they failed the cert. At the very least, this site is important to read if you are a sec pro, but unless I see some other justification online, I'd say it is a safe site.
