You sign up and must provide them personal information (age, name, etc)...and when you have messages from renters about rooms you're interested in you can't even view the messages unless you upgrade to premium. Definitely ethically unsound. For all I know, they're using a fake person to generate a rental offer for me to get me to pay their monthly fee. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. IT IS LIKELY A SCAM.

Seems like the staff are sending me phony interest messages to prod me into paying for premium membership. They go out of their way to ensure members can not communicate for free. Not renters or rental seekers. They edited my ad to remove phone number. Very few listings in my area, I don't recommend this site at all. I think they'll say or do anything to get your money.
