ebay.com.sgは安全ですか？

I used to support ebay as i had really pleasant experience years ago, however ebay became bad to worse recent years. I got a product said genuine but it turned out to be fake, the seller claimed from canada but product shipped from china. I have seen other people also complaining about same seller. However ebay didnt want to bother to remove listing even the product's own local customer support center diagnosed and concluded that the item is counterfeit. ebay still lists those counterfeit items because seller is making more than 100+ sales a day. ebay customer service admitted that ebay doesnt want to remove those listings brings high revenue to ebay.
