You shouldnt be at the site unless your a salesprofessional, registered with your company with a login. When you have hundreds of customers, a rollodex just wont do. It helps schedule tasks, track responses, etc. Cant see how it can be rated poorly, its simply a web-based solution for a sales company so employees can log in at the office or away from the office.
