Spam message "Wishing you a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!". Header: smtp80.iad3a.emailsrvr.com ([173.203.187.80]). Here is the problem as I see it: unsolicited email is still wrong, even when it's just "aggressive marketing". There is currently no way, as I see it, to contact this business's abuse alias, if there is one.

This is an email server, bad ratings are likely from people receiving email from others having emails on this site. I have seen no reason to think the site itself is not reputable.

This is a domain used for Rackspace email servers. Thousands of business use Rackspace for email and webhosting. There probably are a few bad businesses that host with them but the majority are pretty reputable. Downvoting the domain based upon a single URIBL when dozens of others blacklists have no issues seems irrational.
