I am writing a review for Empire Hosting. I highly recommend this hosting to anyone looking for little downtime and superior customer support. I have utilized their services since 2007, and I have experienced downtime less than 5x (no long than a few minutes to an hour, never enough to gripe about). I have opened numerous support tickets needing help with configuration files, installations, general server work, etc and they have fixed every problem I have run into. They have also provided me with step-by-step information with whatever issues arose. They provide announcements regarding any potential downtime or server transfers, maintenance, etc., you're definitely not left in the dark. The Vps comes with a free firewall, and you can choose from Xen, Virtuozzo, or Windows servers (I use Xen). The prices are incredibly reasonable for the service provided. Superior customer service (along with patience and understanding) is rare with businesses these days, so to find a company that displays both is wonderful. Check them out! "
