Comment is not for site, but for the entitiy's behavior:
EU domain registration organization protect spammers - no domain registration data is available for whois command line lookups - including registration DATE !!! - which makes virtually impossible to filter newly registered .EU domains - so we have to high-spam-score all, excluding locally whitelisted ones.
