Been using them in conjunction with Call Control for years to block unwanted calls and never had a problem. Can't speak for their paid number lookup service though.

Not sure why another user had a sign up for the information. Everything was there for the scam number I was researching.

Didn't ask me to join anything. Showed the number the "name" of the caller and even the caller type (robot caller / telemarketer) on top screen, and even comments from others who'd gotten the same number.
This is actually one of the BETTER sites for getting that info, so I have no idea why it would have gotten a bad rating.

They try to lure you into signing up for stuff by only telling you that they found the information for the number but never actually give it to you unless you sign in or something. I didn't bother looking too much into their registration page.
