expansys.comは安全ですか？

People like this site because there products are at a great price! but the thing they dont tell you is they comefrom another country thats why they are cheap! i brought a phone from them it was the right phone but its the french model and not the english model because you can tell by the in built memory! i will never use this site and will be advising other people and places not to use them!!

Atrocious communication (ie. none) then unfulfilled promises. Item out of stock, but accepted order, message saying "in stock within 5 days" remained until I called a MONTH after ordering. Promised to get back to me. Didn't. Cancelled item without letting me know so no idea if refunded. Really poor throughout. If they were on Ebay I wouldn't use them at all!

My recent experiences of them have been good, but I tend to place larger orders with Mobile Fun (http://www.mobilefun.co.uk), who are often a bit cheaper anyway. A few years ago, Expansys sometimes supplied grey market products (which had consequences for warranties and localisation, such as available Wi-Fi channels). Even so, I recommend Expansys.
