expertscolumn.comは安全ですか？

I'm not sure what to think of Expertscolumn at the moment. It feels a bit like Triond: several low-quality articles written by people who are a) uninformed, b) don't have a firm grasp on the language, or c) have legitimate bad intentions (links to malware, etc). My antivirus (Avast) didn't pick up anything upon entering the site, so I assume it's free in that area, but with only two comments here and not much said about it on Google, I'm not sure what Expertscolumn will do with my articles and payment. To others commenting on this site, please try to be informative. I'd like to give this site a try, but am not entirely convinced, as it's still relatively new. Edit. On second look, the quality of the content and the design of the site is very low. It was brought to my attention that each article submitted had to be approved before publication. If that's the case, Expertscolumn's standards are much too low to be a respectable writing site. Triond, on the other hand, has the excuse of NOT filtering submitted content. When a site takes the effort to actually do so, I expect more.
