Glasses arrived with wrong prescription. Contacted them, and had to go through 3 or 4 unresponsive e-mails. Checked BBB they have resolved 50 complaints in a short space of time. They claim I gave them a script unlike the one I had on file. I never entered a script, there for the only one they really had was the one on file. I told them I loved the frames. They e-mailed me that if I wanted to change the frames that would be an extra charge???

I create a new email address for every website thats asks for one so I know is they sell my address. This site sold my address, and now I am inundated with spam emails. BEWARE. They say their policy is not to sell information, but apparently they do.

Bought a pair of glasses. Secure and satisfied with product. There probably is a tracking bug, as I'm had ads from the site pop up as advertisement when on other sites. But what can you do about it? Guess deleting the cookies might help, but not sure.
