Facebook is like crack the first few (many) times you log in. It is a great way to keep in touch with old friends. If you are careful, it is a fairly safe site. You do have to be careful which applications you use as they use your profile info on there. As for child safety, Watch your kids. Facebook would be a great way for pedophiles to exploit children. Heck, Facebook would be a great way for any fraudulent person to exploit another in some way. I am not slamming Facebook in any way, just saying that you need to be careful when you are on any social networking site.

i rated this category as unsatisfactory for some posts aren't really that child friendly. although it wasn't the sites'(facebook) intent to let the child view malicious, porn and exaggerated posts, still facebook serves as an instrument. thank you for your open-mindedness in reading this comment.
