SSL certificate claims the service is US based but the WHOIS points to an address in the UK, and is registered by French registrar Gandi.
EDIT 2016: They moved from Cloudflare to Amazon. Maybe Amazon's abuse department should take notice?

I have been using this site for over 2 years now and is a SAFE site. Anyone who put it with spam or anything negative is completely wrong. I have been doing virus removal for over 10 years now, and I have a completely safe computer. NO warnings from any of my 2 anti spyware and 1 anti virus programs. WOT is one of the best add-ons, if not the best ever, but people get 2 anti spyware programs on your comp. Someone said they were re-directed there well that is your fault and you probably don't have the right protection and an infected comp. download malwarebytes or super anti spyware and scan your comp. This site also pays you within 48 hours through Pay Pal. It is a fun and safe site...
