I love my website with FASO, I have been with them over 5 years. it's the greatest art web company to be with and most popular amongst artist colleagues. They are Johnny on the spot to help with any technical problems and never has there been any spam problems. Check it out *****

I have been using this site for over a year and have had no problems and in fact find it to be excellent in many aspects: Customer Service (respond quickly, helpful, go beyond what is needed and requested), Ease of use (extremely simple and intuitive), Superb look (doesn't look cookie-cutter, I've received compliments on my site), Runs quickly & smoothly. I don't understand how this site was rated only "good" (and I now don't trust the ratings I see on other sites because of this).

To the originators of WOT, Please give some attention to your review ratings of FASO (fineartstudioonline)! I'm shocked to see this poor rating for such an excellent website for artists! In the years I have used FASO's services, there's always a quick response, with follow-up and evaluation options for that service. The support team truly is 24/7 ... I have worked on my site many early morning hours and haven't had to wait for traditional work hours. Information in the Forum has also given answers to ?'s I have had on "How-to's" for building my husband's website. Never been spammed, received unsolicited emails... everything I receive via email is viable and trustworthy. I have had client contact through this website, and that is the main thing... Keep the main thing, the main thing. This is a tool for artists to promote our own work, with or without gallery representations. In addition, I can view the statistics of Visitors to my website. I know I am reaching out to the world, in a most professional way and am receiving acknowledgement for my my husband's artwork... I have subscribed to FASO for two or three years now... It has been invaluable, interesting and informative. I have recommended it to numerous people - mainly professional artists, aspiring artists and also gallery owners... This newsletter is being read all over South Africa - and being recommended further afield... I can't believe they have a bad rating... Its absurd... *****

I have not used FASO for a web site nor have had any transactions that required an exchange of money. My experience as a reader is that my privacy is intact,and there has been any NO incident of spam that could have been generated by this service. The websites they show are attractive and professional looking. I enjoy visiting them periodically. The email they send out is informative to me, as an artist, understandable and fun to read. If I were to create a web site, I would certainly consider their service.

I have had my website, debragroesser.com, with FASO for about 8 years and have never once had a bad experience with them. In fact quite the opposite...I recommend them to every artist I know who is looking for a website service. Their customer service and tech support is exceptional. Setting up a site through FASO is so easy even for people who are not tech savvy. Clint Watson and his staff are absolutely the best and work tirelessly to help artists. I'm shocked that your site has rated them as low as you ***** could not be more wrong.

I have received the FASO newsletters, articles, and blogs via email for almost a year now. What a treasure-trove of helpful, empowering, uplifting, encouraging, and useful advice for artists!!! I LOVE this website and I save almost every single email I receive from them as there is so much of value in each one. I signed up for FASO's free trial for a website but due to new work responsibilities I did not do anything with it, and when the free trial expired I received the nicest, politest email from the owner welcoming me to re-join for an artist's website when I'm ready. Wow! I have been very impressed with the professionalism and just downright niceness of this site ... and I would be very unhappy if I could not receive their emails. This is one of my 5 favorite websites of all time. The quality of the websites by other artists is excellent, and the whole tone of the site, and everything about it, is just wonderful. I wish I could give them 25 stars out of a rating of 1 to 5.

I am shocked that this site has anything but an excellent rating. Customer service is always helpful, the value I get from FASO is outstanding, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. The newsletter I have subscribed to is full of information pertinent to my business and I have never been spammed. If you notice I didn't register my business email with WOT because I don't actually trust this site since it is so far off base with my personal and professional experience with Clint and his fine team.
