I lost a full year of my former vacation spot due to the lies told to me by their sales lady in Atlantic Beach. I cannot speak to the reputation of the staff at their other resorts. The vacation spots offered are for the most average with some quite nice spots and some, just sorry. In 2010 they nailed all their members with a "special assessment" due to poor management. They claim it is due to the economy. When the resorts are making money, Festiva makes a bundle. Nothing is shared with the members. When they start loosing money, they charge the members instead of taking taking the hit in the corporate office. Unfair.
