Pure Scam - a whois shows that there are more than 1400 domains/sites registered to that organized scam sheme - using "animatores" and "operatores" that are in no way distinguishable form (if any) real members (humans) might be a possibility to sue that company. Heck probably most of the actions are not even executetd by humans mayby spcipts and bots. probably whois protected - points to other scams by IP Location,ASN,registrant and rgistrar if one pays for the service he might be trapped in smallprint abo-cc renewal contract - even after e-mails and/or recommended letters for ending the service CC-booking attemts are continuing !! if one locks his CC - one will get letters from legal entities (who might be sciptin bots as well) with harrasment of sueing - if one ignores them nothing happens
