I recieved a 419 (scam) email containing a link to this website, however, it appears that while the email itself is a fraud, the Fidelity Foundation appears to be a legitimate organisation, and this appears to be its website. 419 fraudsters usually use whatever they can of a misrepresented organisation to make their own emails appear legitimate, in the case of a recent 419 scam, this means including a link to the real organisation along with instructions to send your information to (whatever)@yahoo.cn Whois records also seem to confirm my initial findings, i.e. it appears to be a legitimately registered website with full details provided that match the organistions on-site claims. On balance, therefore, I contend that the SpamCop rating is wrong.
