I use pCloud and the domain filedn.com is used by pCloud as part of their file storage service. While malware can be stored online through the domain, the domain itself is trustworthy.

It appears that the filedn.com domain is used by pcloud for public folder access. That's where I got my filedn.com URL from, anyway. I know what I was hosting was completely safe.
It's possible, of course, that there's unsafe content hosted on this domain, but rating it poorly is like rating dropbox poorly.
To be safest, if you get a link to it, be sure you trust the person that gave you the link. This is true of any file sharing service.
