Not only illegal and immoral but they seem to be also ashamed of their own marketing campaign - “Many spouses cheat. They all use cell phones. Their cell phone will tell you what they won’t” to the extent that they forced Internet Archive to remove these pages and called journalists "obsessed pest".

This site sells an expensive premium software designed to remotely monitor phones. There is no spam involved. Some use cases might be illegal, but nobody makes you break the laws. The software is just a tool, and it can be used for legitimate purposes. It's not really for children because it talks about spousal cheating.

This site violates the laws of many countries and most States in the USA. They offer software to invade the privacy of unsuspecting people and violate the rights of those people that are protected by law in most jurisdictions. Even without all the other moral and ethical issues, most of all they are a purveyor of privacy invasion and therefore in my opinion are scumbags.
